My furnace stopped working and Brookwood came out quickly to see what was wrong and if they could fix it. There was a crack in the system causing too much C02 to be caught up in the system which kept the heater from igniting. They shut it down and explained the carbon monoxide build up could have poisoned my family and animals. They were told I have lung cancer and that I needed heat in my health situation. They gave me a quote on a better quality system with better filtration to help my breathing. It was installed the next day. It was all very professional and with a special personal touch.
