Furnace was making an abnormal sound. Gary came out to look at what was going on. He was informative and respectful while he was fixing our furnace. He helped me understand our system a lot more and what is/isn’t normal. I’m thankful he was able to squeeze our service call in before I went to work. Overall, very professional and will be calling Cordes in the future if we need help with our furnace/AC!
From start to finish, Derek was fantastic to work with. I had an idea of what I wanted in order to heat/cool the upstairs of our old farm house that lacked any duct work, but Derek had a much better idea. He installed a heat pump with an air handler in our attic, and was very patient and accommodating with me on some specific details that I required. This installation occurred in 2021 when we were expecting our son, and 3 years later I can’t imagine our boy sleeping upstairs without the system we have in place. We have had a few home contractors over the years, and Complete Comfort is the only one that I am 100% satisfied with.
