In board session was very helpful. That should be offered every year, since things always change with technology.

I love Ultimate Tax Software. In the beginning it was hard but as you keep preparing it gets easier. They have customer support via phone and email. Email responds faster than you'd think. Although I do love the software, sometimes there are glitches and I'm sure they always have technician on standby to fix the issues.
