We had RIVO Plumbing install a new sump pump at the end of April, and unfortunately it failed during the big storm this past weekend. Thankfully, they were able to come out during their off hours to get a replacement installed. The new pump was covered under warranty, which we appreciated, and the process to get everything back up and running was fairly smooth.
Thank you to Zach and Jake for their help getting things sorted quickly, we were glad to have the issue taken care of without too much hassle.

RIVO recently did a substantial bath upgrade in our house.
Nathan provided a clearly detailed estimate complete with manufacturer cut sheets for the equipment to be installed.
We went into the project with a great deal of confidence.
Bob and Javier completed the project professionally and Bob competently handled unforeseen framing issues that had to be addressed during the install.
We are delighted with the installation.
We have worked on other projects with RIVO through the last ten years and this installation was typical of their work.
