We had RIVO Plumbing install a new sump pump at the end of April, and unfortunately it failed during the big storm this past weekend. Thankfully, they were able to come out during their off hours to get a replacement installed. The new pump was covered under warranty, which we appreciated, and the process to get everything back up and running was fairly smooth.
Thank you to Zach and Jake for their help getting things sorted quickly, we were glad to have the issue taken care of without too much hassle.

Even though I haven’t personally had any service work completed by RIVO, I’ve contacted them several times for quotes and information. Every interaction has been a great experience. The staff has always been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to answer my questions thoroughly.
