I had a home inspection and radon scan done by Philip, and he was very thorough! The reports are very easy to read and understand, which are important, especially as a first-time homebuyer! He included lots of photos and a list of things that could use attention, as well as more urgent needs. I would recommend to anyone needing a home inspection!
