Deanna, the first time I rescheduled you, was because I had a health emergency with my heart, and was scheduled to see a cardiologist the day of your appointment, which I explained to you. You were very rude about that, and considering your in healthcare, I would think you would have understood. Secondly, as I stated in a message to you, I wanted to let you know about your appointment before the morning of! I didn't want to be rude and message you an hour before you're appointment. Lexi is Amazing!!!!! She did an awesome job on my hair and brows, she's so kind and welcoming, (and funny), and she really took the time to do a great job! I never felt rushed and I felt like she truly cared about the results!! Her scalp massage was the BEST. I would recommend her for anything you need done!!! I know I will be a regular customer from now on �. Thanks Lexi!!
