I’ve been a customer since 2021. Don’t let the name fool you, that handle all of my mechanical needs. Replaced my water heater and recently serviced my furnace. Although my furnace is old, and needs a new heat exchanger, they don’t try to sell me a new furnace and encouraged me to keep the one I have and just replace the exchanger. This is about 50% less than replacing the entire unit. They have also worked with me to relocate my tank and replace/move my regulator. As long as you give them some advanced notice of your needs, they can schedule you.

Everyone was very friendly and easy going. Service guy, Ryan, showed up same day, quietly and quickly made the water heater repair for a very reasonable price. Left and billed me later. I don't know what else you could want!!

These people are the real deal. Had them out for a furnace/AC unit replacement and had it done in a day. They actually left it cleaner than it was before hand! Super impressed with the work done and have zero regrets.
