We got our adorable Shichon, Teddy Bear puppy from Cindy’s Puppies of Iowa after looking at several different breeders around the Midwest.
Cindy is down to earth, trustworthy and clearly cares about her dogs. I loved that her website listed her vet and encouraged us to contact them. The puppies have all the care & protection they need.
Cindy keeps them until at least 10 weeks old instead of letting them go earlier like many breeders. She wants to make sure they get a good start before going home with you.

Cindy loves these puppies so much and truly takes better care of them than any other breeder I’ve ever encountered. Before they’re ready to come home the pups have such a spacious and curated play area that encourages them to explore and play! When they’re ready to go home she provides a well thought out care binder for each pup and a goodie bag that allows you to bring them home with everything they need and prepare you for next steps to continue their vet care. We’re so happy to have found Cindy and our cutie, Miley!
My mom got a puppy from Cindy a few weeks ago. We were so impressed on how Cindy takes care of all the dogs and her set up for them. She shared great knowledge of how to take care for the puppy when we brought it home. I highly recommend her if your looking for a furry love one!!!
