I was scheduled for a cut and waited for 30 minutes and she never showed up. We rescheduled for another time and she was definitely drunk and on drugs. I was in tears by the time I left. I also was told the 1st time we had to reschedule, she was drinking and driving with her children in the car and got an OWI. Train wreck and I will never go back. Went to Linda Lam and she fixed my hair and it was great.
