Dr Turner is an excellent person and Doctor. I took a medicine for RA that could in the long run cause serious eye problems, even blindness. Dr Turner saw what he believe to be this problem. Sent me to Retinal Dr. In Des Moines Iowa. I did infact have the very early signs of this disease. Dr. Singer said I was very lucky as it was found so early he did not believe I would have any problems with my eyes. Dr. Singer said in fact that it was caught so very early, that if he were me he would hang on to this Doctor. I do plan on hanging on very tightly to this doctor. Thank you, Dr Turner!

I am a patient of Dr. Carter and his staff at The North Iowa Eye Clinic in Mason City, Iowa. I have had some relatively serious eye issues, and Dr. Carter and his staff have been awesome in providing for my care. Everyone is friendly, professional, and caring. I highly recommend Dr. Carter and his staff to anyone needing visual care.
