The staff is extremely caring and understanding, making every effort to accommodate anxious patients with gentle explanations and support. The office is inviting and comfortable, with a helpful front desk team. Patients appreciate the painless cleanings and thorough care, feeling welcome and valued. The Nettleton office has a great staff that is very experienced and knowledgeable. Appointments are always on time, ensuring a stress-free experience. Many patients express their comfort with the procedures, stating that questions are answered and instructions are clearly given. Overall, the office is highly recommended for its wonderful group of people who genuinely care about their patients.
I need to visit the dentist quite frequently, and though it isn't my favorite place to go, I feel confident and cared for whenever I do. The front-end staff greet you by name and are always friendly. Your appt is always on time, and the dental assistants are very friendly and ask about what's going on in your life. The amazing part to me is that they remember what you tell them from your last visit. Dr. Herr is the best of the best; he's funny and very knowledgeable. He makes whatever procedure just a little less daunting and explains as he goes through the steps, so you're never surprised. I have been coming to this practice since I was a toddler (about 60 yrs), and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dental practice to call home.
Dr Hehr is an exceptional dentist and I highly recommend him. He has great compassion, kindness, and takes the time to finish every detail. I'm very grateful to have found him. All of the staff are also helpful and friendly.
