The front-end staff greet you by name and are always friendly. Your appt is always on time, and the dental assistants are very friendly and ask about what's going on in your life. The amazing part to me is that they remember what you tell them from your last visit. Dr. Herr is the best of the best; he's funny and very knowledgeable. He makes whatever procedure just a little less daunting and explains as he goes through the steps, so you're never surprised. I have been coming to this practice since I was a toddler (about 60 yrs), and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a dental practice to call home.“
