Everyone that works in this office is wonderful. We have had a great experience every time we have gone in. They have answered more than tearful emergency call from me over the years and have always been there for us 💜
This place is amazing!! Especially Emerald!! She always comes over to my dogs and gets them comfortable with her and has treats ready so they arent afraid to go with her when I take them in for shots. She is amazing and so is the doctor.
Our vet had a family emergency over the weekend, so we contacted MCPC. Despite us never having been there before, Dr. Spiess expressed genuine concern and allowed us to bring our cat in. Both Dr. Spiess and his wife were incredibly friendly, compassionate, and delicate in handling the situation. My wife and I are deeply thankful to them for taking the time out of their evening to care for our cat. Although the outcome wasn't what we had hoped for, they were empathetic and demonstrated what a caring veterinary clinic should be like. We highly recommend MCPC to anyone who can visit.
