I called this morning and was answered right away. Zach came out, listened to my concern, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it the same day (all within an hour, actually). He was knowledgeable, patient, and put up with a couple dozen dog kisses from our rescues. I feel completely at peace and can't wait to go to bed tonight undisturbed by a noisy/dying motor; the new, quiet motor is a dream! 10/10 recommend!
I had a water heater go out in the AM earlier this year and by mid-day they installed a new one great service. My furnace went out, two weeks ago and they came out on a weekend to troubleshoot and gave us space heaters to keep us warm until the part for our furnace came and they called to see how we were doing in the meantime. Wow service like this was common in the 60's and 70's when folks cared about their work these folks care.
Johnson Heating and Air Conditioning technician was fantastic - - very professional and knowledgeable.
They were also very expeditious in responding to my request.
