Cost Cutters

I've been to Cost Cutters before without any disappointment. My 1yo went in for his first haircut. Like most toddlers with their first haircut, he was curious and squirmy. The stylist acted irritated every time he made a little move. The negativity made me feel uneasy and uncomfortable. She also scolded him for trying to swat at her (he was feeling anxious, he's 1). Towards the end, she suggested we be done (before finishing) because "he won't allow her to do any more." I wasn't about to pay full price for an unfinished haircut. Me and my friend went to get hair cuts and one of the hairdressers were a little forceful and was spraying water in my eyes and wasn’t communicating on how she wanted me in the chair and the other hairdresser who was doing my friends kinda had a off smell to her and not sure if she was aware of it

I had my hair cut and highlighted by manager Brittany today and I could not be happier! She was so personable and professional and I will definitely be going back! Highly recommend!
