I can't attest to the quality of their work because they never bothered to return my call to setup an appointment. I called Wed. Jan 22 for a kitchen sink backing up. Was told wouldn't be able to get to me till next week but would call when they could squeeze me in. Which is 100% understandable. I wasn't expecting same day service. Called again Mon. Jan 27 to see if I could add a leaking wax ring to my call and left my name and number again. I'm writing this on March 8th and still haven't heard from them. Not sure how much I'd trust someone to work on my plumbing or furnace when they can't even return a simple phone call. Or maybe I just wasn't worth their time. Either way, not an ideal way to run a company.
