Brian was great he found a heat exchanger for my son’s furnace when he was told it wasn’t available for 8 weeks, they got all the parts and fixed it quickly. Awesome company.
Kapaun and Brown has been doing our annual A/C and furnace preventative service checks. Jared has been professional and explained how our system is running during these services. We knew last year our A/C unit was not long for the haul: during this year’s routine check up, Jared explained the issues with our current A/C unit, and we decided to replace the unit. Bryan came to our house for estimates and discussion of how to get better air flow in our home, and when we needed the new unit, Kapaun and Brown was responsive and had our unit installed within 1 week. Trevor and Josh were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during install. After the sale, Bryan contacted us to be sure our new unit was functioning well. K and B have been great to work with and have made sure our most important beings, our family, are comfortable in our home!
