UnityPoint Clinic Family Medicine and Pediatrics – Tower Terrace is a new facility providing compassionate and personal care. The staff and experts are described as incredibly professional, empathetic, knowledgeable, friendly, kind, helpful, and nice. The clinic is appreciated as a great location and a very glad option for many. However, some front desk interactions are noted as rude, unprofessional, and nasty. A significant drawback for some is the location's lack of a direct bus route, requiring a long walk from the nearest stop. Same-day appointments may be available.
My 7 year old see Dr. King I 100% Recommend her as a pediatrician. She has been nothing but 100% kind and caring and truly cares about my child's health. I started bringing my child here after my child's doctor that she has had since she was born moved down to Iowa City. I 100% don't regret finding Dr King and having her as my child's Primary Care pediatrician.
We’ve been with Dr. King since our baby was 1 day old and I can’t express how thankful and lucky we are. She is incredibly attentive, doesn’t rush our appointments or our new parent questions, and is genuinely so kind. I’ve recommended many friends switch to her, and will continue to sing her praises.
I love this place! Alyssa is amazing and Cassie is as well! So glad I switched to Alyssa because Erica was just horrible ! She denied me for so many things that I needed! She would say those things are not necessary and we'll review them at a later time ! nurses and staff in the back are so nice! The receptionist up front they are not so nice! I don't know what her name is but she's got glasses and long grey hair she's rude and always stares at me when I'm waiting to be called back! When I call to make an appointment and can't get in to see Alyssa I'll say what about with Cassie and she very rudely says that's what I'm checking right now you need to wait for...read full review
