While I haven't used this business, I have used Joshua's other business is Big Ten Lawn and Grounds Maintenance. Under that business, he built a fence for me less than a year ago, which is now falling apart. He apparently used too short of screws and the pickets are coming off. My dog got out off my fence because of this. When I hired him, Josh stated he would stand behind his work. I have messaged/called him about the fence falling apart and he doesn't respond. Given that he didn't honor his word for his lawn business, don't expect him to come through if there are any problems in his cleaning business.

False advertising, Unprofessional; unreliable; terrible customer service; and on top of all that they were a no show for an appointment that has been on the books since September- appt was also confirmed a week ago... And then again two days ago... And then again this morning... They just decided they didn't want do the job and didn't communicate or show up. Awful everything.
