I am writing this review to warn anyone who needs serious or attentive medical care to avoid this office entirely.

I have fallen 16 times since May 15, including into glass doors, and have been to urgent care and the emergency room over six times because of these falls, dizziness, and worsening symptoms from post-concussion syndrome. I am currently being treated twice a week for this condition.

Despite all of this, my doctor at this office completely dismissed and minimized everything I reported. During my appointment, she:
• Interrupted me repeatedly
• Spoke to me with a condescending, rude attitude
• Ignored the seriousness of my symptoms
• Brushed off my history of falls
• Refused to listen when I explained my dizziness, vision issues, and ongoing concussion treatment
• Showed no concern for my safety or the fact that I need in-home support due to the frequency of my falls

What makes this even more dangerous is how she documented my case. When she referred me to a neurosurgeon after 15 falls, her notes simply said I was “complaining” of pain. She did not mention:
• My repeated falls (15 at that time)
• My post-concussion syndrome diagnosis
• My multiple ER and urgent care visits
• My falls into glass doors
• My vision problems
• My instability or safety risk
• My ongoing medical treatment for concussion

Because her documentation was so incomplete and dismissive, my MRI was denied. The denial letter literally stated that the only information they received was that “the patient says she is in pain.” This is absolutely unacceptable medical care.

The only reason I was finally able to get into a neurosurgeon was because my emergency room doctors and my eye doctor stepped in, sent their own documentation, and expressed their concerns about this doctor’s behavior. They stated clearly that she refused to communicate, refused to acknowledge the seriousness of my condition, and failed to advocate for essential care.

Even worse, when I tried to report all of this to the office manager, my calls and emails were completely ignored. No one has returned a single call. No one has addressed anything. They simply do not care.

This office has caused unnecessary suffering, delays in care, and emotional distress during a very frightening medical situation.
No patient should have to fight this hard just to be taken seriously.

I strongly urge anyone seeking reliable, compassionate, and competent medical care to go elsewhere. This office should not be in service if this is how they treat patients with urgent, documented medical issues.

My first appointment was this week with Dr. Price . She was very attentive and complete . I’m glad I chose her to be my primary . The staff was very helpful and friendly . Thank you ….

I have been going to this Mercy Clinic for about a year after leaving my previous doctor of 7 years. I see Margaret Riddell, NP. I wouldn't trade her for anything. She actually has helped me. She listens and cares. The staff has always been polite and respectful and kind to me. And a shout out to Madeline (sp). Wonderful person.

They literally forgot I was in the waiting room until I finally went back up to see what’s going on. How is this place effective if you forget people? Worst urgent care in Marion.
