“If I could I would give zero stars. Have been trying to cancel my membership because I moved further away from my original location. Have been trying to contact them with zero success. Very rude. Felt really pressured to get into the membership, literally would not take no for an answer. Even reached out to Guest Relations who stated they would forward my concerns to the correct location. That was two weeks ago. Have not heard from anyone since. I have a friend who is dealing with the same issue with the same location and that’s been going on for 5 months.

On the other note. The massage therapists I have had in the past here and the front desk workers are amazing. Super friendly and personable.

If you want to get a massage, go here to start. But DO NOT let them pressure you into a membership.
