I haven't had my hair colored in probably ten years. Amy was patient, kind and knowledgeable about what would look best. I love my cut and color and was pleasantly shocked at the price. I expected to spend way more with the hours it took her to do everything. I would highly recommend Amy and all the staff at Serendipity! She's gained a customer for life!Services: Haircut

I've been going to Serendipity's Salon for gosh, 15 years? I'm from Marion, but lived in New York, Chicago and now Des Moines. I still go to Serendipitys because, well, I couldn't afford to get my hair done in New York or Chicago ... from ANYONE, let alone someone as experienced and talented as Carrie. And here in Des Moines, if I were to find a stylist as experienced as Carrie, I'd still be paying more than what she charges! I have been getting extensions for years now. I've had the flat tips, the tape-ins and most recently, the hand tied extensions. Hands down the best hair extensions on the market! Carrie has given my hair hope again! After YEARS of trying every kind of hair extension out there- tape-in, bead, bonded, you name it, I’ve tried it, I had given up hope. My hair couldn’t take the damage they had done to my hair. Figured I would just have to live with fine, thin hair for the rest of my life. Then Carrie had told me about these new kind of extensions. The hand tied extensions, so I tried them.
