Couldn’t be more pleased with Jones Plumbing. Our toilet wasn’t operating properly and Scot came over within a couple of hours and snaked it into perfection. He was very personable and efficient, cannot ask for more than that.

Woke up today with a non working water heater. Called 2 other places. 1 didn't answer, the other one couldn't come out due to allergic reactions to cats. Called Jones plumbing. Very polite staff that directed me in getting the repair done today. Friday is a hard day to get service done the same day depending on the situation. They made it happen, and got us the part we needed to repair the water heater under warranty. Being in service myself, I consider this a great job taking care of the customer in a timely manner. Finally a plumber who has common sense. First off I appreciated how much Jones plumbing was not trying to make a bunch of money off of my job proposal. The price was great and the service was very fast and efficient. The work was top notch. They definitely go above and beyond. Lastly, they were fast at responding and kind throughout the whole process. I will never go anywhere else.
