Walked in found a dishwasher was not going to fit in my car was going to have to wait to get it delivered really wanted to install it that day Shawn decided he would deliver it to house.

My chest freezer went out after we had a blip in electricity recently. The staff at Iowa Appliance Center were so great! I was so stressed as was getting ready to freeze sweet corn this weekend and now no freezer, not to mention the food that was in the freezer! They even blocked off delivery time prior to me actually getting into the store to purchase. Delivery was amazing! They even took the broken freezer!!!!

Once again Iowa Appliance has set the bar high! I have been using these guys exclusively for close to 8 years for my customers new custom home builds @ Academy Homes. Everyone from the manager Natasha , the expert sales of Shawn Pfremmer, and the delivery/install precision of Ryan & guys are always spot on. They have fair pricing that compares with any box store around that people don't even know about!! You cannot miss with these guys, if an issue should arise i am 100% confident they will always make it right!
