Brian recently did a great job inspecting a house we were looking at buying. He found so many things that we did not see during our showing. I love the detailed report with pictures to show exactly where to find the problems, as well as the color coded levels telling how serious/urgent each problem is. Great work!

10 out of 10 and if it went higher I would give him 12 out of 10. Being from DC I'm very used to a very thorough process. Brian was amazing and walked us through every single step of the process. Probably the most informational part of this whole entire home buying process and made us feel empowered to understand our home and how to maintain it. He went over things that needed changed before closing, recommendations for how to maintain our equipment and referrals for add ons.
