Salem United Methodist Church here in Cedar Rapids needed a small hot water heater replaced. Hannah heating and plumbing donated the small water heater to the church and installed it for less than normal rate. Salem United Methodist Church highly recommends them for service and will continue to use them in the future. Ran into some communication issues the day of installation for a larger project of mine due to what I'm told is because of a change in software they use in the office. The whole team with Hanna Plumbing and Heating did a great job to fix the situation however, and the end results are great and the job got done as intended. Although an originally frustrating situation due to being on a tight schedule to get the job done in between my tenants, I appreciate that multiple members of their staff went out of their way to fix the situation in a very timely manner including working well into the evening hours of the same day to finish. Hanna Plumbing was very responsive — retuning my call promptly and scheduling us right away. Cody did a great job on repair and was meticulous in cleaning up. Explained things and even taught me a trick to unplug the sink. Cody and the woman who answered the phone were very friendly and nice. Will definitely use them again if needed.Thank you, Hanna!
