Very good experience. Fosters relocated and installed a new gas furnace and A/C system in my home. From the initial design and bid by Doug, to the install by Derik and Kelton, it was a 1st class experience all the way. I was especially impressed by the level of communication throughout the process. I am very pleased with the final installation.
Called at 7:40 on a cold Saturday night with furnace that wouldn't stay on. Byron came out, replaced the failed fuel switch (under factory warranty so only had to pay the labor), and had heat working by 9:30. Even pointed out how to modify the intake piping to prevent the problem from recurring.
Malik was Great! Super nice, and very detail oriented to Troubleshoot our Furnace issue. VERY Reasonable price! Highly Recommend! Thank You Fosters for your prompt Great Service!
