“It's very rare to find a company this honest these days, so I wanted to leave a review. I've used them twice, and both experiences proved they genuinely care about their customers rather than just making money.
The first time, one of my light fixtures stopped working. They quickly identified that it was simply a loose connection, tightened it, and to my surprise, they didn't charge me anything because it was such a minor fix.
The second time, one of my smoke detectors started malfunctioning. Instead of immediately trying to sell me a replacement or an unnecessary repair, the technician thoroughly tested the system, checked several things, and suggested swapping it with another smoke detector in the house to help determine whether the issue was caused by the detector itself or environmental factors like dust or large airborne particles. Since no repair was actually needed, they again refused to charge me.
That level of honesty and integrity is rare these days. It's refreshing to find a company that puts customers first and only charges when they've actually performed meaningful work. Their technicians were professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and transparent throughout the entire process. Element Electric has definitely earned my trust, and they'll be my first call for any future electrical work. Highly recommended!”
