I called Power Up due to the fact that they advertised 24/7 service when I woke up to humming in my laundry/ utility room. Alex M was at my house right around 7am with a smile on his face. He quickly realized I was having a seperate issue that was not the electric panel. He went out of his way to help me locate the problem and this is something he didnt necessarily have to do. He genuinely cared about helping me solve a huge problem and his kindness and professionalism were so generously appreciated!
