Communication is horrible. I called, I texted, I emailed and it would either take a long time for a response or in this case now that service has been completed no response at all. The whole situation was horrible from the word go First they refused to call AHS to get permission to add antifreeze to my mini-split because they wanted another trip charge. Then they refused to add antifreeze and repair a leak and instead insisted that I needed a new unit. They then ran the lines through my temporary awning and now I can't adjust it or change it and they refuse to answer me regarding what they are going to do to correct the situation. Would not recommend this company.

The technicians did a great job of installing my new furnace and AC. They were very professional when answering my questions and explaining how the new system works. They got the done done in a timely manner and didn't leave a mess behind. I would recommend Chronister Enterprises LLC for all your HVAC needs.

The techs that came to finalize the servicing of my air conditioner were very proficient and gave additional information about the maintenance of my unit. I would use this service again even if not referred by my home warranty company. Thanks!!
