We contacted Oasis Well and Pump late in the day with an urgent issue: our creek to pond pump was already known to be blown, but we couldn’t figure out why the system wasn’t producing any water when attempting to fill our irrigation pond.
Luke arrived first thing the next morning, without any prior knowledge of our system, and spent over 3 hours on-site thoroughly troubleshooting every part of the setup. His determination to get to the bottom of the issue and ensure our irrigation pond could still be filled—despite extreme summer heat and a 20+ day delay in pump replacement—was incredible.
We had issue with pressure tank for our well water that left us with no water. They were knowledgeable, experienced, prompt, respectful, and friendly. They replaced tank and updated some piping and controls so we can avoid future issues. We had water back in less than 24 hours from first calling.
