Today we went in for our annual vision exam. It was the best one yet! No wait, we walked in with a 1015 appointment and were immediately taken to an exam room. Dr. Mersch was great with my 5 year old daughter. Walked her through the whole exam, talking to her the whole time. At one point telling her she was a great listener and he was so patient. Angie is ALWAYS amazing. Friendly, kind, smiling, and today she was extra festive with a great holiday sweater (yes this matters to a 5 year old 6 days before Christmas!) She picked out an Ariel sticker to surprise my daughter and had no idea Ariel is a favorite of hers too. She was still talking about it in the car on the way...read full review
