I was with this place for 17 years no accidents no tickets but my rate always went up slowly. I figured that's just how it is but nope. I finally got a quote somewhere else same coverage lower deductible and almost $70 cheaper per month. My son did this before me because with trust I had him go through American family too when he got his license and a car. They were charging him almost $300 a month for a 20 year old car and blamed the cost on his age. Now he's paying $124. Same coverage. Yes they are very nice people but I guess the point I'm trying to make here is you can get a way better deal with someone else so look around get multiple quotes and compare.... read full review
I have been with American family since I had a paper route… always professional … anything I needed was done in a timely manner .. and done right the first time .. great place .. Mark and Mel are great ,, wouldn’t go anywhere else
