I’ve had pretty good service experience if it was my heater or plumbing but if you need your AC worked on I waited over a week and a half.We never had any communication on when they might be getting to us was only told we were on the list . They only have 2 guys to do AC so you could be waiting a while.
I had a water heater that emergently needed replacing. I called and got serviced the same day!! Shelah was just as nice as she could be, and Jeremy was exceptional, incredibly fast, tidy, and he was more than happy to answer all of my troubling questions. I will definitely be calling them again for whatever issues I might have in the future! Thank you guys so much! You all are life savers!!
Called on the hottest days this year, they came out after hours to take care of us on a friday!!!!. Super friendly staff had it fixed fast. Small town buisness that really takes care of their customers.
