Absolutely INCREDIBLE service provided at the Spa on 4/16/25.
Missy greeted me at the front desk and took care of our group and made us feel like queens! (5women, birthday celebration) Brenda gave me the BEST massage of my life! Par none, I’m not exaggerating, Brenda is an absolute angel on earth, so talented!
Had my first facial there and in but was amazing! Laiken was so nice and very professional. She explained the process and everything she was doing the whole time since it was all new to me. All the Aveda products smelt so good and left my face glowing and feeling so soft! Julie the receptionist was so welcoming and friendly I felt like I could have talked with her all night! I will absolutely be back and HIGHLY recommend Laiken!
I’m really not one to complain about these types of things but I was really disappointed with my experience today. My sweet husband got me a massage for my birthday, so i booked it and got a call a couple of days prior saying to bring my suit as i could have full access to the sauna, steam room, whirl pool etc. very excited about this. When I arrived I was rushed to my massage room where the massage was not good…. At all :(
