Excellent service. Our furnace quit heating the day we were leaving to go out of town for a few days. A repairman was at our house within 3 hours and had the furnace fixed in less than 2 hrs. Extremely satisfied with the whole process!

I appreciate that there is always someone to answer the phone when I call - something rare with service companies in this area! The plumber that did work for us was courteous, professional, and did great handiwork. You can tell that he cares about what he does. One thing I will warn about - if you are doing a project that involves them working with a supplier, stay on top of them to be sure supplies are ordered timely! We did experience multiple delays in our renovation project (not all of them due to Young) and the initial delay of ~4 weeks was because our supplies weren't ordered timely. Our AC went out overnight and we have a 2.5 year old and a newborn. We’ve struggled to get plumbers and contractors since we’re new in town and not an established customer with anyone. We called first thing in the morning and they came out by early afternoon. They had us up and running in no time. They answered questions honestly about the possibility of needing a new unit. We are very grateful to have found Young’s and will use them in the future.
