I highly recommend Kraft Pillow Service. Great service, and reasonable prices. I had feathers from 100 year old cushions cleaned, and they are like new again! Doug was a great source of knowledge, and advice on my project.
When you purchase a Kraft pillow it's not just the pillow you are investing in, it's also the customer service that comes with it. They explain the process, give you options, and if you don't care for the outcome they will work with you to make it right. I have had my pillow for almost 2 years and love it. They are a family owned company and very personable.
