I have found staff to be helpful and courteous. Some have gone out of their way to be kind and loving to me and my child. Occasional trips to customer service has always brought efficient and knowledgeable resolutions. Most staff wears a smile. The store is clean and has helped sufficiently supply my household often.

Maybe I would enjoy coming to Walmart if the cashiers weren't so rude. I was just in there with my 3 kids and nephew and forgot I had wic and you can't use wic on self check and the lady was VERY RUDE about it.: I may just go to hy vee to shop now! I'm so sick of getting treated like crap by the cashiers here. Her name was Crystal

The best time to shop here is at the dead of night. Meaning that it's a terrible experience in the day. It gets surprisingly crowded for being located in such a small city, and you will be waiting quite a while to check out. The workers are a bit friendlier at night, but they only have self-checkouts at that time. And, of course, you can't buy alcohol at night.
