Got a tanning pkg for Christmas- called after finding out about the roof collapsing on the building- they refused to give me a refund for the package that had already been purchased- said I could wait until they get the building fixed and beds replaced. That the pkg was Good for 1 year- hell,, I might be dead by then!! 🤬

This place is always evolving and changing for the better. Clean and well kept tanning services with lots of skin care and tanning lotions. There's even in nice clothing boutique with lots of trendy styles. Highly recommend!

Very clean salon! During this time of Covid, it’s so nice not having to worry if things have been cleaned properly. Staff goes above and beyond to help. Also carries lots of cute boutique clothing! Love being able to shop local!

I’m not a a person that tans. I tanned for prom my junior year of high school and that was it, so I have hardly any knowledge or experience with tanning. I wasn’t sure what package to get, how long to tan or anything. I’m getting married next month so I called to ask questions about how it works, and the individual I talked to was no help at all. Gave no detail, didn’t answer questions, nothing. Very poor customer service.

Was an unfortunate experience with a family member of mine. Was told you have to cancel a tanning appointment within 24 hours or you loose it, so if you are closed on Sunday, then Monday is a holiday when something comes up, how do you possibly do that??? AND there wasn’t an answering machine to leave a message! THEN, she refunded them(her husband too who wasn’t even there) their money and won’t let them tan here anymore. They have been faithful customers here for years! It’s unfortunate that there wasn’t any customer service involved, just humiliation at the store in front of other customers! Like I said, it’s unfortunate.
