Yesterday evening two gentlemen came out to help me in what I assumed was a simple for them job. We quickly learned that it was a much different ordeal than originally thought. The two that came out set the bar high. They gave exceptional service and that is exactly how business should be handled, they restored my faith in humanity. You can tell they are husbands and fathers because they genuinely cared that I was informed and were so patient in the process. Never once did they appear rushed or annoyed, they appeared as if they truly cared to get my problem fixed. Which they did fix my problem and got my house back into shape before I knew it. I used to work here. Although I didn't care for the attempts of trying to call me back into work after being released for the day (sometimes well after midnight like we are expected to sleep when it's convenient for them), I imagine they've gotten better about that. Kevin Thomas and his crew were always easy to get along with and it's quite the experience working for the company. You might be doing something different day to day especially if you show your value and have a go-getter attitude
