AJ was our service representative and he was a true professional. He was prompt, courteous, and was thorough in performing his maintenance and repair. My wife asked him several questions and he was very thorough and clear in his answers. So far we have not been disappointed in K&B.

The service technician arrived on time, was most professional, explained everything he did and also pointed out a potential problem issue with an item and recommend recommended that I replace it early.
