We had never met Dan until this week, after our previous heating and cooling company never returned our calls. He called us back after our first missed call and came the same day. After a very persistent yet sneaky furnace issue, Dan was able to assess and fix the problem so that we had a warm house to sleep in. He was at my house 3 times in one week and was patient with us each time we called for help. He told me that the most important thing is that we're warm. Highly recommend.
