I cannot thank Dave enough for his going the extra mile in customer service late Friday, September 3rd. When the surgeon informed me my husband would need a recliner to sit and sleep in. Dave assured us not only could he help us, but he stayed late at the store, gave us time to choose what would work for us and delivered it, set it up and taught Dennis how it functioned! Thank you very much.
