The guys from Morts were pleasant and respectful…they went right to work. We were impressed with not only the quality of their work, but they cleaned up after themselves, kept us updated on their progress and were very friendly. We highly recommend them!!
Excellent service and products. Recently I had to have my geothermal unit replaced. Employees Clint and Tony are Excellent installers and work very hard until the replacement unit was running. I’ve met 5 of Mort’s employees and everyone is so polite and always ask if I have any questions or concerns. I’m very glad I selected Mort’s for this project.
Mort’s installed our new boiler about 3 weeks ago. It started making a squealing noise after a couple days. I sent a message through Facebook about the problem and within 20 minutes I had a call from Chase. He said he’d get someone out to look at it. This was 9:00 at night. Ron was at our door within a half hour. He said the problem was a pump. He didn’t have it with him but at 8:30 the next morning he was back with a new pump. By 9:00 it was up and running and it’s run perfect ever since! Thanks to Mort’s and especially Chase and Ron!
