I have been working with Dr. Tom Berg to strengthen by core and glute muscles using TruSculpt Flex Multi-Dimensional Stimulation. The results have been amazing. My back is definitely getting stronger, my abs are starting to show through as an added benefit as well. I have never been sore afterwards either. The technology is simply amazing!Each treatment is equivalent to 54,000 abdominal crunches! Now that is what I'm talking about! If you are a weekend warrior or something looking to get back in shape quickly this is a great solution to get back in the game quickly!
