Matt was extremely knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose and help target and aid in the healing of my irritated hip prior to my hyrox competition. Without him and his expertise and encouragement, I know I wouldn’t have finished the race successfully like I did!
I had a great experience at Team Iowa! I had been to physical therapy several times at other clinics before with the same issues, but nothing had worked long term. Kayli and her team listened to my issues, created an in depth plan unique to my needs and provided all the support I needed throughout my physical therapy journey. Kayli was so easy to work with and answered all of my questions so I felt empowered to continue with my exercises at home. Additionally, this clinic is so easy to schedule with! That was perfect as I travel for work and often needed to adjust appointment times. I cannot recommend Team Iowa enough!
Matt along with the entire team were excellent! Matt is super knowledgeable! He explains muscle structures and movements in a very detailed and understandable way. The program he put together for me has made a Huge change in my life! It is a program that I will use continuously for a long time to come. I can't say enough positive things about Matt and would recommend him to anyone and everyone!
