We called and checked if we would be okay taking a certain amount of money out of my wife's 401k. We knew we were going to have to pay taxes on it but we didn't know how much, they looked at the amount and said yes you should be fine. We ended up getting hit with over 14,000 federal for dipping into her retirement. I know it's hard to tell exactly for them but huge error, not to mention I stopped by their office the other day to pay them for last year's taxes and yes it was just barely after 12:00 noon door was locked with no sign and so no worries I called to see when I could stop back and no answer, no voicemail nothing,it just kept ringing. Do not use this company for any accounting services! We used this company for our small business and also to file our joint taxes this year. When we noticed some errors on our taxes we asked to go over them before we filed. Good luck with that! They were the rudest people we've ever worked with. Not only would the accountant not come out of the office to speak with us (instead she insisted on yelling through her office door) but she had made errors on our taxes and would not sit down to go over them with us before we filed. Being a small business owner you want an accountant that not only is accurate in their reporting but will sit down with you to go over all the details....read full review
