Our school district has used Concrete Polyfix for several projects. They raised some floor slabs almost 1" in a few of our elementary classrooms several years ago and they haven't moved since. We have had them do quite a few sidewalk repairs where the sidewalk is in good shape other than it's elevation. They not only removed the trip hazards but made it easier for snow removal. We had an elevated stair landing that settled quite a bit and they were able to level it out exactlly where it was originally. Overall we are very impressed and will continue to use them. They are very responsive and professional!

Chris did an excellent job on our project. He knew what he was doing, and even though he used 250 lbs. of foam fill, did not quite raise it up as far as he thought it should have, but did not want to keep adding in case of cracking out in outer area. He guaranteed it would not go down but stay where it is now. Since we live in a rural, highly populated squirrel/critter area, they probably have dug under the concrete and caused tunnels...as we have seen evidence of it happing in other areas...i can now drive into the garage and walk into door without seeing inches of gap....Highly satisfied with our complete experience with Concrete Polyfix. 5 stars and more.....THANK...read full review

Outstanding professionalism! High quality work. Fair price and exactly what we wanted! Would highly recommend Concrete PolyFix for anyone who needs concrete leveling done. Prompt and on time for both the day of the estimate and the day of the work. ?????

From Concrete PolyFix

We have 20 years of experience in concrete construction. As technology has advanced, our methods have too. Fixing your settled or broken concrete with Concrete Polyurethane Foam over traditional methods comes with less cost, less cleanup, and less time. Both mudjacking and polyurethane concrete raising involve injecting filler beneath the sunken slab through holes drilled into the concrete, but that’s where the similarities end. Mudjacking uses a sand, water, and cement mixture which weighs over 100 lbs/cubic foot. Polyurethane foam weighs only 2 lbs/square foot, meaning it’s easier on the soil underneath the concrete. It also resists future water penetration, meaning your repair will last for years.
