I’ll start with the positive first. I came through this morning. My car wash was good! There was one vehicle in front of me when I arrived. I sat for a good 15+ mins waiting as it appeared that a new membership was being handled. By the time that the person in front of drove ahead there were 6 cars behind me.(I’m sure that they were a little annoyed as well. ) I’m not sure what the conclusion is but if I had the opportunity to turn around and leave I would have. I’m just trying to help out a small business.
I'm leaving this review because of the good job that Porter did. I have the MVP membership. I go once a day on my way home from work Porter didn't exceptional job of the pre-wash. Next time I'm in I will make sure to personally give him a well-deserved gratuity. Thanks Porter good job.
Love that I can get a carwash at several different Club Carwashes in the IC corridor. Haven't had any issues with the recycled water scratching our car's paint. Price is always reasonable, too, and the app makes it easy to manage membership.
