We contacted Bill over a weekend to have him clean an area rug that had been in storage for 15+ years. He did a wonderful job and I now have peace of mind that our rug is super clean! Bill is responsive and flexible. He kept us informed and gave us exact times when he would come over. Bill obviously takes pride in his work, charges a reasonable price, and is very professional.
Great service and very hard worker. Night and day difference with the carpets and went above and beyond.
Great service! Was extremely friendly and worked around my busy schedule. Even ended up working on Sunday to help out. Was hoping to get our patio furniture done, but the stains were too set. He worked on one for free and let us see the results first to decide if we wanted the service. I greatly appreciated this since patio furniture was going to be expensive. Price was very fair and he managed to get a tough stain out of our carpet. Will use again in the future.
